This is a dessert pizza that I made with a leftover dough ball. It is supposed to be made with a chocolate pizza base. I got the recipe from a book I bought in a mall nearby on the bargain books rack. The cheese is mascarpone mixed with Gran Marinier(sp)hazelnut extract and some other good stuff. I also made a really good pear, honey, and pecorino romano cheese dessert pizza when I find the pic I'm gonna post it.
